Malcolm Seheult is a seasoned litigator and has more than 27 years of experience in the legal arena.  His qualifications on paper are very impressive holding numerous university degrees including BA., BEd, MA,LLB, PhD, JD and FRSA (Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts).  He has an amazing working knowledge of international, corporate, commercial and capital venture law and has been instrumental in all legal avenues dealing with the formation of B3

Originally hailing from Canada where he completed law school at both the Univeristy of Ottawa and Toronto, Malcolm headed south of the border in 1985 and has practiced in various juristictions including the US Supreme Court!  Early on in his legal career he forever etched his mark on Canadian law by drafting some of the cornerstones on which the Canadian Bill of Rights dealing with minors has been implimented.
