Outlook

Has been compared to Charles Barkley on numerous occasions, due to the fact that he can guard taller players because of his physical presence, but is also capable of guarding the perimeter due to his speed. A Dangerous player on any level. Efficient scorer who can get to the basket and bang down low Mid-Range and 3pt shot is there but prefers Banging and getting to the basket, to draw fouls. Hard worker, energetic on defense, and very coachable also a great rebounder at 6'6", uses angles and basketball IQ to get baskets and goes after every rebound.

2009-10: Signed at Lev Hasharon of the National League in Israel.  Did not find a cohesive fit and first but ended up moving totally inside for the team and by the end of the season really found his stride.  In his very last league game (13/4/10) he recorded his season best 33pts and a season record 22rebs vs Hapoel Natzrath.  The team was in last place and  brought him in to save them.  He did just that and along the way came within one game of qualifying for the playoffs...instead they moved to the relegation round where another victory fueled by Bayo kept the team safe for next season to return into the National League. 

2009: 
Had a fantastic season in Chile where he was in the top 10 in scoring (20.5ppg), rebounding (12.5rpg) and FG% at a red hot 69%.  Showed flashes of brilliance all throughout the season and was the perfect compliment on a team filled with vet talent. 

2008-09:   

Dominant played in the Icelandic league saw Bayo in the top of the statistial categories in scoring, rebounding and field goals.  Won the scoring title, most efficient player.  Also named to the All Defensive team and all import team.

2007-08:  Stepped into his role in a big way in his senior season to lead his team and become the scoring and rebounding champion in the GSAC conference.  Lead his team to the conference semi finals before bowing out prior to the national tournament.
