Outlook

Known as a deadly marksman behind the arc he also can take the ball to the basket and score. With the ability to really score from beyond the 3pt line he causes a lot of match up problems. Looks to draw a lot of contact and still get to the rim to finish or pass off. Has excellent vision and lays perfect passes down for team mates. Plays great position defense. A great work ethic he demands the same of all his teammates. Will be an excellent addition to a team this season. A very scrappy competitor he keeps his intensity at a high level right till the end of the game. Shooting so well is also a problem for him because he consistently is given the ball with no time on the shot clock to make a key bucket. A fearless competitor he comes to play every practice and every game. Moves well without the ball and can always find an open position to spot up for a 3pt shot.

Career

2008-09: Signed in the PBL in the second year of the leagues existence with the Battle Creek Knights. The number one rated team in the league the stormed through the season with a league record of 19-2. On a team laden with talent the minutes where equally shared and Chris posted great numbers when give the chance as witness by several games this season. Often it did not take him long at all....posted a season high 21pts vs Chicago in only 18 minutes of action on 2/13/09 in a win....also kept up his hot play by scoring 20pts the next day in their double header in only 21 minutes of playing time vs Augusta 3/22/09. Despite a shortened season of only 21 games and playing just half the game Chris shot a blazing 58% from the field and a whopping 46% (18-39) from the 3pt line! Grabbed a season high 9 rebounds vs Wilmington Sea Dawgs on 1/8/09. The team went all the way to the finals and was a favorite to capture the championship before they lost to the eventual champs the Rochester Razorsharks.

2007-08: Signed wtih Avila in Spain LEB Bronze where he spent 2 months before lack of professionalism on the part of the team drove him to leave. Played in the ABA for some time and attended several camps in the summer time.

2006-07:

Finished his senior year at Prairie View A&M filling the role of instant offence in limited minutes. Produced just shy of 7 ppg in only 16mpg to give the team the long distance threat off the bench they were looking for. Had some sensational outings when given the minutes like 23pts on 5-8 3pt shooting vs Rice on 12/20/07. Again showed his extremely ability vs UT-Chattanooga where he scored 22 pts on 6-13 3pt shooting. Showed up big in 22 minutes in a big win vs Alabama St near the end of the season (2/25/07)

2005-06:

Came in as a junior from JUCO to give offense out of both the scoring guard and the small forward positions.

2003-05:

Played two seasons at Western Oklahoma JUCO.
