Outlook

A smart and shifty backcourt player that logged about equal minutes at the PG and SG position in college.  He has good size and speed for both positions.  He prefers to play out of the SG spot and can really score when needed.  Great mid-range game and often uses his size to lean on smaller guards.  Not lightening quick but has a knack for getting to the rim and dishing for easy buckets in close.  When he is on a roll, look out!  Had games of 20+points in the first division Israel but wasn't their go to guy.  Holding an English passport he is a great addition to any backcourt!  Very comfortable with the ball in his hands and has great accuracy from the free throw line.  A better than average passer for a shooting guard and sometimes may play TOO unselfish.  Easily makes the transition to PG and perhaps may be more effective with the ball in his hands.

Did you know?: During Jarrett's senior season at K-State he used Super Glue to try and mend a split left index finger on his shooting hand.  Didn't work so well, but after it healed he became a scoring machine averaging over 17ppg in the next 5 games.

Career

2009-10:  Returned to Keravnos after a GREAT summer with the British national team.  During the summer month Jarrett competed in the European Championships and recorded and amazing game seen all over Europe of 15pts, 8rebs, 3assts on 4-5 3pt vs the national team of Spain.  England came within a hair of a huge upset win before finally losing to the eventual EuroChamps.  At Keravnos he quickly picked up where he left off and started his fantastic play.  A new coach upset the boat early on but Jarrett learned to play through it all.  In the EuroChallenge Jarrett was especially effective averaging double figures and scoring 18pts vs France ProA team Roanne and also 16pts vs BC Kyiv.  Again team injuries played a major roll on the team not advancing into the top 16.  For the season Jarrett was his regular self coming in to provide instant offence on a stacked team.  Finally they lost in the semi finals as each game of that series was decided by 1 basket!!  For his season Jarrett was again named to the Cyprus League All Bosman First team.

2008-09:  Resigned in Keravnos, where he had another fantastic season with the team.  Went out and played in the EuroChallenge but the team at the time was beset by injuries.  Jarrett posted several strong games vs the tough European competition but it was not enough.  At the conclusion of their bid in Europe, his illuminating play caused the president of the team to offer him a multi year deal which will take him through to season end in 2012.  At the conclusion of the playoffs which they lost 3-1 vs APOEL, Jarrett was named to the Cyprus League All Bosman First team.

2007-08:  Signed at Keravnos in Cyprus and immediately made his presence known in the league and in the FIBA Cup.  Had a few breakout games until a wrist injury sent him to the sideline to rehab and rest.  But you cannot keep a good man down and Hart stormed back into the team's lineup for the playoffs and helped Keravnos capture the Cypriot championships and propel them into the EuroChallenge for 2008-09.

2006-07: Signed at Kolossos Rodou - Greece A2.  The season started off well but Jarrett was slowed by a mid season calf strain that cause some problems for him during the next months.  He played through his injury because he was the heart of the team and they did NOT function at all without his steadying presence.  But before the end of the season Jarrett returned to 100% health and led the team Kolossos directly back up to A1 Greece.  Along the way he had NUMEROUS outstanding games.  Undoubtedly he was the team leader and had to basically do everything.  Did have a very notable victory when his team beat Larissa (A1) in the Greek cup and Jarrett had 16pts and 5assists.  For the season Jarrett was 2nd on the team in scoring, rebounding and assists while leading the team in overall evaluation because of his overall leadership and contribution.  Had a season high tendex rating of .784 when he scored 24pts, grabbed 12 rebounds, dished out 3 assists and shot 10/10 from the FT line vs Aons Milon (2nd round of the league).  PROMOTED TO A1.

2005-06:

A bit of a roller coaster ride this season...played 7 games for Nyon of the LNA in Switzerland leading the team in scoring, assists and steals.  After Christmas tried out with Novara of A2 Italy but injured his back so had to wait and then signed at ZTE in Hungary.  Had  a FANTASTIC finish to the season leading the team in scoring at just over 20ppg, assists, 2nd on the team in rebounding,....shooting better than 50% overall and set a Hungarian league record with a playing value of 62!  That game against then league leading Atomeromu saw Hart score 37pts while grabbing 6rebs, dishing 8 assists, stealing 7 balls and nailing 5/7 from the 3pt line.

2004-05:

Started the season in the Goodyear League in Croatia but moved to Isreal after Christmas.  Filled a great role for the team playing the combo guard who could either set the table or score when needed.  Had a season high 21pts to go along with 6rebs and 6assists in Feb against Galil while bombing away 4/6 from 3pt.  Helped Givat to a 5th place finish and into the playoffs.  Finished the season 4th on the team in scoring.

2003-04:

Was an integral part of the K-State backcourt with fellow senior Tim Ellis.  An invitee of the HIT pre-draft camp he performed well and drew a lot of attention.  Led K-State in 3pt attempts and 3pt makes and 3pt % to lead the long ball attack.  Also proved to be an iron man logging a team high 30.9mpg.

2002-03:

Averaged 7.5ppg, 3.4rpg and was second on the team in assists at 2.8apg in only 24mpg.  Really came into his own and played big minutes at the end of the season down the stretch.  Had some big games early in the season and found his niche delivering some instant offense off the bench of the team as the 6th man.  Found his way into the starting line up towards the end of the season.
