Outlook
A player possessing an extremely high basketball IQ.  Will definitely make the players around him better.  Swings easily into the role of scoring guard if he has too and has great offensive ability.    Possesses deep range out to the NBA three point line.  A  tireless worker who  leads by example.  Made quite a rep at college of being a player with A LOT of potential.  Will often be looked upon to shut down the opposing team's best player.  Creates well and causes real trouble for opposing teams when he gets into the lane and is able to make decisions for easy buckets.   A very good passer and all around player.  Great in a 40 minute pressing style defensive where he can apply constant pressure on the ball and never let teams breathe.  A fantastic defender that causes ALL sorts of problems in the passing lane as witnessed by the fact that he was a league leader in steals.  Very athletic and will show spectacular highlights night in and night out.  A lethal combination of strength and overwhelming size and destroys alot of opposing PG's with his post up game.

Career

2010: Signed with Limeirense of the Paulista League in Brazil.  Prior to that Air 21 in the Philippians PBA conference.

2008-09:  Signed with Bamberg in Germany for 2 months as an injury backup and then moved to Genc Banvit in Turkey, where he promptly led the league in several categories before he was called up to the Div1 team Banvit.  Was elected to the All Star dunk contest which he won in style taking home top honors.  While at the Division 2 team Genc Banvit, Jason had some outstanding performances which caught the up of the top division team.  Like his 31pt outburst vs Yesliyurt to go along with 8rebs, 3 assists and a hot 4-7 3pts.  Moving to the top league showed Jason's ability but he had no chance to play because of the '3 imports on the floor at once rule'.  He was playing behind former NBA player Joe Crispin and the coach played Crispin as many minutes as possible if he was not injured or in foul trouble.  A frustrating situation for Jason but he still had the occasional notable performance.

2007-08: Made the move over to Rio Grande of the CBA and REALLY showed what he could do.  Have to be seen as a breakout year. Named CBA player of the week the week of November 27, while averaging 13.8 ppg, along with 4.7 assists, 4.5 rebounds, and 57% FG.  Was second on the team in rebounds per game with an astounding 7.1rpg while lining up at the PG spot.  Ended up 4th in the league in assists.  A fantastic overall personal season.

2006-07:

Won the championship in the CBA with the Yakima Sun Kings in his rookie season out of school.  Teamed up with Eddy Barlow in the backcourt and recorded his first season out of school.  Averaged 8.8ppg while chipping in 3.3rpg and a third on the team 2.8apg.  Also recorded almost 1 steal per game while playing only 21mpg.  As a rookie showed flashes of brilliance but a deep roster on the Yakima team kept him in a learning role that he used to become better everyday.  Named to the CBA All-Rookie team for his contributions in Yakima.

2005-06:

Stepped his game way up as a senior.  Had to start at all five positions during the course of the season because of his mix of size and strength.  Was often times called upon to guard the opposing teams PF because of his strength.  Recorded a season high 20pts to go along wtih 7rebs and 2 assists in a win vs Tulane (1/11/06).  Snatched a season high 10 rebs to go along with 13 pts and an assist in a win vs New Orleans (12/03/05).    Recorded an astounding 7 steals in a game vs Tulane (3/1/07).

2004-05:

Saw more action in his junior season at Southern Mississippi.  Did record eights games scoring in double figures.  Dropped in 16pts to go along with 7rebs in a big victory vs Alcorn St (12/11/04).  Shot a perfect 2-2 from the 3pt line in a loss against then ranked Memphis (2/19/05)

2003-04:

Southern Mississippi - Sophmore 3.5ppg+2.2rpg

2002-03:

Southern Mississippi - Freshman 2.6ppg+1.3rpg
