Outlook
Great outside shooting touch that make teams pay if he gets a clean look.  Can put it on the floor, and is a great passer.  Has the ability to play shooting guard  and to move to the small forward position.  Possesses deep range out to the NBA three point line but because he penetrates so well often penetrates for the dish to other teammates.  Jerome is the ultimate team player to make everybody else around him better.  He has always been the teams best defender and  will shut down the opposing team's best player.  Is a GREAT leader and will carry that role on any team.  Has a knack for the ball and can easily pick up double figure rebounding games by overpowering opposing SG and SF position players.  A definite pleasure to coach, he acts like a coach on the floor always thinking one step ahead.  No matter where he lands  overseas, success will follow that team.

Jerome and teamates celebrate capturing the 2010 BBL Championship!

Career

2009-10: Signed with the top team Everton Tigers of the British Basketball league after acquiring his British passport.  Exactly the type of player the team needed.  Forced to move into the roll of PG for 8 games in mid season when the starting PG went down injured.  Not only did he handle the PG duties but consistently drew the assignment of shutting down the opposing team's best player.  Went for a season high 35pts vs Plymouth in the British cup and then record 31pts vs the Leicester Riders (film above).  Grabbed a season high 11rebs vs Sheffield Sharks (3/15/10).  Dished a season high 6 assists on multiple occasions during the season.  Jerome consistently was the teams most consistent performer and was the steadying force on a team of talent but not always the best chemistry.  After a hard fought semi final which saw Jerome score 17pts against NewCastle, Jerome and the Everton Tigers captured the 2009-10 BBL Championship with a victory over Glasglow in the finals!

2008-09:  Signed with Inter Bratislava in Slovakia 2008-09.  Again showed that he is a player of rare form able to do everything for his team to win.  He did find the coaches philosophy very different from his own but still managed to make a mark on the league being selected to the all star 5 his second week there.  Scored a season high 34pts vs Penzinok to go along with 7 rebounds and 3 assists on 29/11/2008.  Followed that up the next week by dishing out a season high 4 assists to go along wtih 28pts and 6rebs vs then 2nd place Levice on 6/12/2008.  Recorded a season high 13rebs  vs Kosice to go with 19pts on 20/12/08.

2007-08: Signed with T71 Dudelange in Luxembourg and was one of the top imports in the league.  Phenomenal rebounding stats for the season saw him as the best rebounding backcourt player in the league.  Was 5th in the league in scoring and also recorded a blistering hot 46% from 3pt line.  Came to the team a bit late but led them on a GREAT run through the league and they came up one game short of the playoffs.  A great season.

2006-07: Signed with Club Ciclista Olympico in Argentina and immediately made his impact on the league felt.  He led his team in minutes, points, steals and was second in both assists and rebounds.  He also was the league leader in scoring for much of the season.  Had some offensive outburts against top div 1 teams in the cup early in the season.  Brought his team into the first round of the playoffs narrowly losing in the deciding game of a best of 5 series against the top TNA club.

2005-06 Had some amazing moments in a roller coster season.  Third leading scorer and rebounder at 11ppg and 5.5rpg.  Career high 31pts to go along with 7rebs and 4 assists against Bobby Knights Texas Tech team in a victory on Dec 3rd.  Led USF with 20points and 5rebs to a near upset of then #5 ranked Gonzaga on Feb 27th.  Earned national attention with his outstanding defense against NBA prospect Adam Morrisson.  In July Jerome was invited in for a workout with the Sacramento Kings of the NBA where he performed quite well.

2004-05 USF's third leading scorer with 9.4 points per contest...scored a career high 27 points vs. Portland on Jan. 22...the Dons were 9-3 in games that he scored in double figures...started the season strong until suffering an ankle injury on January 26th, averaging 11.1 ppg. and shooting 49.3% before that contest...named "WCC Player of the Week" on Jan. 24th after leading USF to a sweep over #11 Gonzaga and Portland by averaging 22.5 points and 12 rebounds....scored 18 points and pulled 13 rebounds vs. Gonzaga in upset win...named to the all-Northwestern Mutual Shootout team after scoring 21 points vs. St. Joseph's....won the Arthur C. Zief, Jr. Award as the team's Most Inspirational Player.

2003-04 Started 17 games with averages of 6.0 points and 3.5 rebounds per contest...in league play finished with averages of 6.9 ppg. and 4.0 rpg ...shot a solid 50.0% floor and 36.8% from three-point...received two awards at the end of season banquet, the "Bob Giron Coaches Award" for effort and the "Arthur C. Zief, Jr. Most Inspirational Award."...had a career best 22 point, 11 rebound performance vs. Portland making all 7 of his field goal attempts...USF won 10 of his 17 starts...also scored 19 points in win at Pepperdine.
