2009: Signed to play with the Manawatu Jets in the NZBL.
2007-08: Started the season at Aguada in Uruguay where he posted solid numbers but left the team after 2 months due to lack of professionalism. Joined up with Al Alhi of the Saudi Arabian top league in the middle east posting almost 30ppg and 8rpg. Also shot his usually exceptional 3pt% of 41%.
2006-07: Spent a season with the ABA's Hollywood Fame where he gained a league wide reputation as a long distance marksman. Contributed better than 24ppg and 6rpg for a team that battled for top position all season.
2005-06: As a senior at Tennessee State University, he averaged 16ppg, 4.1rpg, and 1.3apg in 33.8 minutes per game, while shooting 51% from the field, 38.8% from the three point range, and 84.2% from the free throw line. In 20 Ohio Valley Conference games during the 2005-2006 season he averaged 18.2ppg (5th in the OVC) and 4.1rpg in 34.2 minutes per game while shooting 54.5% from the field (2nd in the OVC), 41.6% from the three point range (5th in the OVC), and the 84.4% from the free throw line (4th in the OVC). Kareem scored a game high of 31 points in back to back games on January 26, 2006 and January 28, 2006 against Tennessee Tech and Eastern Kentucky in the OVC while making 7 three point field goals and 8 three point field goals in both games. For his efforts on the season he was named second team all Ohio Valley Conference.
2004-05: Transfered in as a junior to Tennesse State where he chipped into a team that went 14-17 on the season. |
