Coach Bojan Kusmuk

Team: Shenzhen Aviators U18 - China (2021-present)
Bojan took the position of head coach with the Shenzhen Aviators in charge of the U18 development team of the Shenzhen Leopards as he prepares the next generation of Chinese talent for the CBA.
Prior to 2021, Bojan broke into the highly regarded Asian market as he took the reigns for the BC Xinrui
Basketball club as both the head coach and technical director planning their strategic future.
Bojan started his coaching career in Romania 2008, working with Pitesti as they qualified to the semi finals of the Cup. In 2009 he joined Slavija in the Bosnian league as an assistant before then moving to Serbia in the next two seasons with both Sloga and Napredak. His results drew interest outside his homeland and he moved to Al Ittihad in Lybia where he coached Al Ittihad Tripoly to second place in the championship in 2013/14. He returned home and signed with Dynamic, Plana and finally back to Sloga. He then signed and spent a very successful year in KK Radnicki producing great results before spending his last European season in Gradina, Bosnia.
Prior to coaching, Bojan played almost 2 decades in Europe with stops in Israel, Belgium, Bosnia, Serbia and Slovenia. During his time playing, he won numerous accolades and a national title in 2005-06 with Vrsac.
