SCOUTING

A player who has the ability to start at several spots.  Most often lining up as the 'do-it-all' wing and doing everything the team needs to win.  He will  provide great offensive production as well as finding open teammates for easy scores.  Always takes the assignment to match up defensively with the opposing teams best offensive player whether that is a backcourt or frontcourt player.  Great lateral movement and quickness causes problems when he defensively locks down smaller guards.  Possesses both on the ball presurre and plays exceptionally well off the ball in a rotating defensive strategy.  With his good lateral movement he will find his way into the passing lanes to put pressure on the opposing teams offensive sets.  An excellent 3pt shooter and he will knock down high pressure shots late in the shot clock.  He relishes the pressure and will never shy away from making the big play.
