Who we work with
A contract overseas has a player, a club and usually more than one agent. Rob has sat on every side of it, as an import, as a national-team player and as an agent for more than two decades.
New country, new language, a contract in a currency you have never been paid in. B3 handles the negotiation and the details so you can focus on basketball.
Every B3 player has a full profile: position, measurements, passport status, stats by season and game video. Tell us the position, the passport you need and the budget, and hopefully we have the fit of a player both on and off the court.
Works with partner agents worldwide and has close ties with Basketball International Group…. If you represent a player who fits a market we know, or you need a partner on the ground, let's talk.

Scouting reportB3 Agency
A player who has the ability to start at either backcourt spot. Most comfortable lining up as the lead PG and organizing the team. He will also provide great offensive production as well as finding open teammates for easy scores.
Always takes the assignment to match up defensively with the opposing team's best offensive player in the backcourt. Great ability to lock down other guards on the ball and plays exceptionally well off the ball in a rotating defense. Good lateral movement, and he will find his way into the passing lanes to put pressure on the opposing team's offensive sets.
An excellent 3pt shooter who will knock down high-pressure shots late in the shot clock. He relishes the pressure and will never shy away from making the big play.
